Seminar "Pregnant in Balance" with Midwives' Cupping Set

Course Description

Understand Cupping, apply it safely, and integrate it purposefully during pregnancy and postpartum.

This practice-oriented module provides solid knowledge and practical skills around the use of Cupping in supporting pregnant women and during the postpartum period. The focus is on a mindful, fascia-oriented approach to typical complaints – adapted to the physiological and hormonal changes of the three trimesters.

What to expect

In Fascination Cupping, you will receive a comprehensive introduction to theory and practice:

• Basics of Cupping
  Function, mode of action, and appropriate, gentle use during pregnancy
• Proper handling & safety
  Areas of application, indications, and contraindications – clear, practical, and responsible
  
• Cupping massage during pregnancy
  Detailed instructions with special focus on
  • the jaw
  • connective tissue and fascial connections
  • trimester-dependent adjustments of the technique
• Rethinking complaints
  Alternative, fascia-based approaches to common complaints in pregnancy and postpartum

Practice at the center

The practical part offers ample space to try out and experience:

• Working with different Cups
• Testing different sizes and intensities (during in-person sessions or by ordering the sets in advance)
• Getting to know and comparing different techniques
• Confidently gaining first personal application experiences

This creates a solid foundation to competently, reflectively, and confidently integrate Cupping into your own work.
